BRANDING

Innova had the privilege of creating the entire brand and image concept for Optimus Real Estate & Lifestyle, one of the newest real estate companies in the city of Miami.

As in all our branding projects, the first step was to carry out a deep analysis of the market and the competition, as well as to define and establish the DNA of this new company, to develop its image and all the elements that it includes.

The result was the creation of a solid, innovative, and attractive brand, which reflects the professionalism and seriousness of the company but with a friendly and contemporary touch, very in keeping with the city of Miami.

 

WEBSITE

Regarding the Optimus website, it was decided together with the client that a traditional and cold website was not desired, typical of many real estate agencies where only photos of properties for sale or rent are shown.

Rather, we wanted to create a website where we could present in an attractive and classy way, all the services that the company offers, as well as the portfolios of the main projects that Optimus represents.


The objective was to inform in a simple, friendly, and respectful way to generate interest and provoke direct communication with potential clients.

SOCIAL MEDIA

As part of this project, Innova was responsible for developing Optimus's social media pages, ensuring adherence to the company's branding and content guidelines.

Additionally, Innova created various posts and reels for the company's launch and promotion on these social networks.

PRINTED MATERIALS

Printed materials continue to be of great importance to achieve a complete and effective promotion of any company, and more so for a company like Optimus Real Estate & Lifestyle, which needs to share printed information with its clients.

That is why Innova designs various printed materials such as:

INFLUENCER MARKETING

Currently, influencer marketing is one of the most important and powerful promotional tools for any brand, which is why Innova created and produced a successful marketing campaign with beautiful and talented models and influencers.

This campaign was produced in different developments in Miami and includes photos and videos of the highest quality which allows Optimus to promote its real estate projects through different digital media in a very creative and attractive way.
